Angela Foster is the vibrant traffic reporter for ABC2/WMAR-TV’s "Good Morning Maryland". She has always wanted to be a part of a daily newscast, providing information to viewers to help them navigate through their day. Angela thrives on the "Traffic Tracker 2" state-of-the-art system she uses to provide updates each morning from 5 a.m. to 9 a.m.

Angela, originally from Henderson North Carolina, got her start as a sports intern while still in college at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After college, she was a radio traffic reporter in Raleigh-Durham before relocating to Maryland. She began her Baltimore Traffic career in 2003, working as an aerial and road reporter before becoming a Traffic Producer. In 2005, she became a freelance traffic reporter, filling in for traffic reporters at radio and TV stations in the Baltimore market. While pursuing her traffic career, Angela hosted a daily, cable talk-show at Oak Crest Village for four years prior to coming to ABC2 in 2007. There she covered politics, sports and "everything Baltimore" including local celebrity features.

Angela loves attending all the diverse Baltimore festivals and downtown celebrations at the Harbor. She is a member of Huber Memorial Church in Baltimore. She and her husband David enjoy travelling, church activities, bowling and outside events with their dog, Coley.
